The winning group of Eurovision 2021- Måneskin will appear as musical guests in the next episode of Saturday Night Live, directed by actor and former member of the SNL cast, Will Forte.
SNL made the lineup announcement for their next Jan. 22 episode this weekend. The Måneskin group consisting of: Damiano David, Victoria De Angelis, Thomas Raggi and Ethan Torchio, won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2021 with the song “Zitti e buoni”.
After their victory in Eurovision, they became even more famous with the publication of the song Beggin, which became extremely viral on the social network TikTOk. “Beggin” peaked at number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 3 on the Global 200 chart.
In addition to their first SNL performance, 2022 will include Måneskin’s debut at Coachella. The California Icon Festival takes place this year April 15-17 and April 22-24.
