This Sunday Sean “Diddy” Combs presented the biggest music event Billboard music Awards which took place in Las Vegas. The Weeknd was the most nominated artist, with a total of 17 followed by Doja Cat with 14 nominations and Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Olivia Rodrigo with 13 each. Olivia Rodrigo received several awards, including the award for ‘Best Young Artist’. Other winners included Ye, Drake, Doja Cat and Taylor Swift.
In addition, Mary J. Blige also received the ‘Icon’ award and Marie Copeny was honored with the ‘Changemaker’ award.
The awards given were not the only exciting part of the night. Also present during the night were many other artists who performed. Megan Thee Stallion, Silk Sonic, Becky G, Ed Sheeran, Elle King, Miranda Lambert, Machine Gun Kelly and Travis Scott were some of them.
Among the winners was the singer of Kosovar origin Dua Lipa who was honored with the award “Top Dance / Electronic Song” for her song “Cold Heart” with Elton John!
