The 2022 Oscar Awards Ceremony will take place for the 94th year in a row. Oscar 2022 “will be held on March 27 at the” Dolby “theater in Hollywood and now after 3 years it is learned that there will be a presenter.

It is not yet known who will moderate the ceremony, but in 2017 and 2018 it was comedian Jimmy Kimmel, while Kevin Hart turned down the offer to run in 2019 after his Twitter messages were rated and appeared on social media as homophobic.

It has long been rumored in the media who or what will be the presenter who will moderate the evening. Speculation has been numerous but among the most prominent have been Pete Davidson and most recently the name of singer Selena Gomez. Pete Davidson was told he will not be the presenter for this year due to his other engagements at work. Shortly afterwards it was said that it could be Selena Gomez who will direct the show along with the actors of “Only Murders In The Building”, Steve Martin and Martin Short.

Speaking about potential presenters, Hulu Originals and ABC Entertainment president Craig Erwich said: “They are an iconic trio. They have a massive audience. Everyone loves them. They would be a dream. That said, there are a lot of incredible talents we are exploring. “We are in constant talks with Will about this.”

Last year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the academy hosted a gala evening at a large train station in downtown Los Angeles with a reduced number of guests.

Also without forgetting to mention that for the first time the Kosovar feature film “Zgjoi” directed by BLerta Basholli is on the Oscar list. Voting for the nominations begins on January 27, 2022 and ends on Tuesday, February 1, while the nominations will be announced on February 8, 2022. The 94th Oscar Ceremony will be held on March 27 in Hollywood and will be broadcast live in more than 200 countries of the world.
