The Billboard Music Awards has published the list of artists nominated for this year. The awards night will be held on May 15 and will be broadcast from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
As an event the Billboard Music Awards 2022 are produced by MRC Live & Alternative, while the executive producer is Robert Deaton.
During the awards ceremony various artists nominated for different categories will be awarded prizes for their most listened to musical productions during the year and those that have stayed most on the Billboard charts.
Topping the list for this year is The Weekend singer, nominated in 17 different categories including Top Artist and Top Male Artist. Behind him Doja Cat is the main female finalist, nominated for 14 awards. Meanwhile, Justin Bieber, Kanye West and Olivia Rodrigo have all received 13 nominations each.
Also the singer of Kosovar origin Dua Lipa has been nominated 9 times, marking another success in her career.
