Famous hip-hop music producer DJ Khaled was honored with a star on Hollywood’s most famous street “Walk of Fame”. During his successful music career, DJ Khaled has released six albums and four songs, which have topped the music charts worldwide. He has also been awarded several prizes and has been nominated four times for the prestigious “Grammy” award.
The ceremony took place this Monday and was attended by his partner, Nicole Tuckdy their sons, Asahd and Aalam, as well as well-known artists JAY-Z, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Fat Joe, Jeezy, N.O.R.E and Teyana Taylor.
During the speech, Khaled thanked family, colleagues and co-workers before sharing the significance this achievement has for him. “This here, my star, I want my star to represent the light, the love that shines above all. You know, God set me on this earth to be a light. The room may be dark, but when I enter it is bright. When it is dark, I am light, and when it is light, I am a brighter light. “I want everyone to get this starlight and know that this will be forever, and this is for all of us,” the producer continued. “This is about hip-hop, but I want to make it clear that we have just started.”
The Dj Khaled star is the 2719th ranked star since the completion of the Walk of Fame in 1961 with 1558 first-ranked stars.
