Leonardo DiCaprio’s $ 10 million donation to Ukraine was unveiled by the Visegrad International Fund, which promotes development in Eastern Europe.
In addition to Leonardo, several other actors and directors have expressed support for Ukraine in the midst of the crisis. Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively attended a fundraiser for the country and promised a double donation of the amount to be raised.
Ukrainian-born actress Mila Kunis and her husband Ashton Kutcher are working together to help Ukrainian citizens. The goal of the two actors is to reach the amount of 30 million dollars (27.4 million euros) to help people who have left Ukraine. With the help of the GoFundMe campaign, they started raising funds to help the country attacked by Russia, while they have already collected more than half of the amount they had set as a target.
