Cardi B returns to the American Music Awards again, but this time not as a performer. The famous rapper will be the presenter of the most important music event, which will be held on November 21 in Los Angeles. The news was announced by the rapper herself through an Instagram post where she writes.
“When I received the invitation to introduce AMAs, I was very excited. I am ready to show my personality on the AMA stage! Thanks to Jesse Collins, ‘ABC’ and ‘MRC’ for making this happen.”
The rapper has previously performed on the AMA’s stage and has won 5 awards during her career. Cardi B performed ‘eI Like It’ at the AMA in 2018 with J Balvin and Bad Bunny and also broke a record during her last appearance at the AMA, becoming the first female rapper to win twice in the category for favorite song ‘Hip-Hop’.
This year AMA ‘has also added some new categories of nominations, including the trendiest favorite song, the favorite’ gospel ‘artist and the favorite Latin duo or band. Pop smoke rapper, who was killed in 2020, has been nominated in three categories, including his favorite hip-hop album and favorite hip-hop artist, and could win his first prize posthumously.
