After the biggest American Music Awards, the Korean band BTS can finally be named “artists of the year”. During the American Music Awards 2021 that took place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, BTS emerged as the most liked and appreciated artists by the public after receiving three awards at the end of the evening. BTS shared a comment on social media against AMA’s for the given opportunity saying:
Thank you AMA. We are truly honored to be on this stage with such wonderful, extraordinary artists here. We are very honored. Four years ago, we had given this live TV show for the first time at this AMA stage. We were so excited and nervous at the time. And it has been a long and amazing journey since then, but no one could have ever bet on the chances of us staying here to get this award now. We just want to make people happy with our music. We believe there is a world to open at the beginning of our new chapter. We have learned in the last two years that every moment is precious. Thank you AMA. Also during the performance of the group BTS on the stage of AMA’s, Coldplay joined, which they realized was a very successful collaboration.
