Some previously unheard songs from Whitney Houston are expected to be released even though she passed away 11 years ago. It was announced on Thursday (February 9) that a TV documentary special will be released soon with the accompanying album and DVD of her music.
The new documentary of the late star is called “I Go to the Rock: The Gospel Music of Whitney Houston”.
The documentary will premiere on March 24 on UPtv and Aspire TV.
It talks about Houston’s confidence, the rise of her career and all her performances.
Pat Houston, executor of the Estate of Whitney E. Houston, calls the project “a testament to Whitney’s heart.” Houston died from mixing some powerful drugs with alcohol in 2012.
